pROcUREdOG and Google are partnering to host the application and store the app's data in Google maintained data centers.
Users of pROcUREdOG need a Google Account. Google asks for some personal information when you create a Google Account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. Google's servers automatically record certain information about your use of pROcUREdOG. Similar to other web services, Google records information such as account activity (e.g., storage usage, number of log-ins, actions taken), data displayed or clicked on (e.g., UI elements, links), and other log information (e.g., browser type, IP address, date and time of access, referrer URL).
After you Sign in to pROcUREdOG, Google shares your email address with pROcUREdOG but not your password or any other personal information.
pROcUREdOG does not expose Google Account user names to other users of the application unless users explicitly include the information in their published project documentation.
pROcUREdOG does not share any of your project documentation and data with anyone. You control who sees what and when. This applies to all your data, including all data associated with your project profiles, scopes, requests for proposals, proposals, letters of intent, arrangements, attachments and news items.
pROcUREdOG is currently in pre-release. Exceptionnally, while in pre-release, you will receive an invitation (at your first Sign in) to use the application, free of charge, until it is released. If you accept the invitation you will be prompted to provide your contact information and to accept the conditions of use. Your contact information will only be used by us to contact you during the release period in order to gather your comments and suggestions. When pROcUREdOG is released, your contact information will not be used for any purpose and will be deleted from the database; new users will only need to Sign in; they will not be prompted to provide any other personal information.
pROcUREdOG does not use cookies.
