RFPs that are Released and contested (by one or more Submitted Proposals) cannot be Deleted. They may be Canceled however; the RFP Status will show something like the following:


  shows that two (2) Users have Entered a Proposal against the Excavation RFP, one of which has Submitted his Proposal.

To Cancel the RFP:

  1. Click the  button. A request to confirm appears:

  1. Click  OK . A box appears. Enter the Cancel Reason:

  1. Click  OK . The confirmation appears:

The RFP status becomes the following and all Responders, as well as the Manager, see this RFP status on their RFP screens.:

After all Responders have Deleted their Proposals, The RFP status becomes the following and the Manager may Delete the RFP:
