To Create a News Item:

  1. Enter the Project Hub
  2. click the News tab. A small box containing a selection list of existing News Items (initially empty)  appears in the top left corner of the tab
  3. Click the  (down arrow) inside the box to open the selection list. The list is opened (initially empty):

  1. Select  (new) , the last item on the list. The News Item box appears:

  1. Enter the data:
    1. Select the Audience
    2. Enter a Headline.

The following example specifies a News Item with:

    • Audience set to Limited. Only Responders, Vendors and Owners of the Birch Valley B&B Project will see it. Followers will not see it.
    • Headline entered as Framing Award Date:

  1. Click  OK . The News Item is created and inserted into the selection list. The following shows the selection list after the creation of a draft of News Item Framing Award Date. A Release timestamp will replace the "(draft)" when the News Item is released:

Repeat steps 5 to 7 to create other News Items. The following shows the selection list after the creation of 8 News Items, 7 of which are Released:

News Items can be created anytime.
