Before business may be awarded, the Manager must Freeze the LOI associated with the RFP.

To Freeze a LOI:

  1. RFP Open
  2. Click the LOI tab
  3. Make sure the Document has minimum content (a few words), otherwise the Freeze button is disabled.
  4. Click the  button. A request to confirm appears:

  1. Click  OK . The confirmation appears:

The Document is frozen. The Freeze button is disabled. Note that the Freeze cannot be undone. The following shows the LOI status in this situation.
