To Open the Proposal Document of any entry appearing on the Manager's List of Proposals:

  1. Show List.
  2. Click the Submitted timestamp of the desired List entry.  in the example below. The Document is opened, expanded inside the List:

The Proposal document may be scrolled. To close the Document, click the Submitted date again,  in the example.

The Document disappears from the screen (is squeezed out)

Note that several Proposal Documents may be open simultaneously.
