Releasing a RFP allows Followers of the Project to:

  • See it
  • Respond to it by submitting a Proposal.

Note that RFPs may be Released even when the Project is Unpublished. In this situation, only existing Followers (if any) may see it.

To Release a RFP:

  1. Open RFP
  2. Make sure the Document has minimum content (a few words), otherwise the Release button is disabled.
  3. Click the  button. A request to confirm appears:

  1. Click  OK . The confirmation appears:

After RFP Release:

  • the button disappears
  • It is replaced by a timestamp of the Release
  • The Document Editor is disabled
  • All RFP data are frozen
  • If it is the first RFP Release of the Project, the Project is advanced to Stage RFP
  • The  button is enabled (until a Proposal is submitted, see Delete).
