You may backout of a Sign action anytime before your Vendor performs a Sign with no intervening edits.

To backout:

  1. RFP Open
  2. Click the Arrangement tab
  3. Click anywhere inside the Document Editor. By doing this, you are initiating an Edit, which requires you to re-sign. The timestamp of your original Sign will appear stricken.

Note that if you Sign after your Vendor has signed with no intervening edits, backing out of your Sign is not possible because the deal (Arrangement) is Finalized. One way out of this unusual situation is to, in collaboration with your Vendor, create new RFP, LOI and Proposal documents, redo the Award then re-create a new Arrangement document. The new documents can be copied and pasted from the originals.
