Usage
Checklists are used in conjunction with the Document Editor.
Your Checklist Tree appears alongside (or below on phone devices) each of the seven (7) Document Editor boxes.
The following shows:
- A (blank) RFP Editor
- Part of the Request for Proposal (RFP) Guidelines Checklist from My Checklists:
Actions to find and copy text from your Checklists into your documents are:
- Open (Close) a Branch:
- Click the() marker
- Insert an Item:
- Click the Checklist Item you wish to insert
- Click the
button. The Item selected in 1. is copied
- Insert a Branch (or Item+Branch)
- Open the Branch and sub-Branches you wish to include in the copy
- Click the top (left-most) Branch Item you wish the copy to start from
- Click the

) button. The visible branch and sub-branches (or Item, branch and sub-branches) emanating from the Item selected in 2. are copied (the branch structure is reflected in the document as a cascade of indents).
The following shows part of the result of some Branch copies inside the Document Editor and, to the right, part of the RFP Guideline Checklist the copies emanate from:
