Shared Checklists are pre-built standards available to all Users. You pick, from the Public Checklist Tree, the ones you wish to add to your Private Checklist Tree. 

The Public Tree is composed of checklists originating from:

To add a Shared Checklist to your Private Checklist Tree:

  1. Click Shared Checklists from the Main Menu. The Public Checklist Tree is opened:
    • In the form of a Checklist Tree
    • One line per Checklist

  1. You may examine the Shared Checklists, by opening any number of sub-branches (click the )
  2. Select a Checklist you wish to add. The first level branch must be selected.

The   button is enabled.

The following shows:

    • The  and  Checklists are partly opened
    • The  Checklist is selected

  1. Click the  button. The selected Checklist is added to your Private Checklist Tree (My Checklists). The confirmation appears:

  1.  Click  OK .
  2. To confirm the addition, click  My Checklists . The following appears:

Note that you may personalize your copy of the Shared Checklist, by editing it in My Checklists.
