pROcUREdOG

Walkthrough

Introduction

Essentially, pROcUREdOG is a bidding platform.

Project managers may designate Prequalified Suppliers. This short walkthrough provides instruction for running a real project, from both the Project Manager (PM) and Bidder (B) ends, showing the interaction between the two, although, normally, you would only be running from one of the two ends in a given project. The walkthrough can be completed in minutes: there are but a few significant steps, the rest are progress and one-time-only confirmations. When you are done the project may be deleted.

You will need two Google accounts, one for the Project Manager, one for the Bidder. You may use Google accounts you already have or create new ones: Create a Google account. Google only requires: first name, last name and date of birth. You choose a username and password for each account. You will be hopping back and forth between the two accounts, in a simulation of the interaction between the Project Manager and the Bidder.

Brevity is favoured over completeness, enough to convey the essential. Use the Tutorial for a thorough coverage.
