Create
Projects are identified by a Project Name.
To create a new project:
- Click My Projects . Note that projects can also be created from Templates. See the Templates and Shared Templates topics of this Tutorial.
- Click the
(or
) button. A box appears.
- Enter the Project Name:
- Click OK . A request to confirm appears:
- Click OK . The Project is created. An information box explaining options appears over the Project Profile form. If
, step 6 is skipped.
- Click OK .The information box disappears; the Profile form moves to the foreground and is enabled. It may be edited on the spot or it may be edited at a later time. See the Profile topic of this Tutorial.
- Click My Projects to see the new project on your Project List. An entry appears outlining an unpublished (Published set to No ) Project at the Concept Stage and all other attributes undefined for the moment:
Make sure the Project is created by the User who assumes the Manager role in the Project because Project Creation is the only way to designate the Manage role.
