Trash Project List Entry
To Trash is to remove an entry from one's Project List.
Business rules surrounding the Trashing of projects depend on the User's Role in the Project:
- For Managers:
- If there are no Followers of the Project, the Manager performs a simple Project Trash
- If there are Followers, he performs a Project Abandonment.
- For Followers:
- If the Follower has not entered any Proposal against any RFP in the Project, he performs a simple Trash
- If he has entered one or more proposals,, he must perform a Delete Proposal for every Proposal he has entered in the Project before he may proceed with the Trash
- For Responders and Vendors:
- Not available
- For Owners:
- Not available
- All Owner Project List Entries are automatically removed when a Manager trashes a Project.
Note that:
- A group Trash may be performed by checking several entries before the
is clicked - Demo Project entries may be trashed regardless of Role.
- Exceptionally, checking any one Demo entry automatically checks the other Demo entries present in the List so that they may all be easily trashed together, in one operation.
