A Proposal is an offer to perform work and/or supply goods in response to a RFP.

Proposals do not need to be created.

To respond to a RFP:

  1. Prepare a Proposal
  2. Submit a Proposal.

Of course, you cannot see any Proposals other than your own; however, you do see a Count of Submitted Proposals.

Before business may be awarded, the Manager must Prepare and Freeze a Letter Of Intent (LOI).

After Award:

  • If you are awarded business:
    • You see the Manager's LOI on your Proposal screen, appearing below the Proposal Document
    • The Project Manager becomes your Client
    • The Arrangement tab of your Project Hub is enabled.
  • Other Responders see a Regrets phrase.
